Gladiator | Game Ready Character

I finally had the chance to finish this game ready character. It’s been a great exercise in balancing detail with a fully optimized, game-ready mesh.

From block-out to base sculpt and then into the final details, the workflow was:

Base Model: 3ds Max
Sculpting: ZBrush
Retopology: Blender
Texturing: Substance Painter & Photoshop (PBR workflow)
Final Showcase: Rendered with Substance Painter + AI
