The Sovereign’s Thorn

Just finished up this ancient weapon. It's a complete game-ready model using a full PBR workflow.

I did the high-poly sculpt in ZBrush, retop in Blender, and did the texturing in Substance Painter (definitely my favorite part of the process).

Really happy with how the bake turned out on the complete weapon and its gargoyle head. It’s fully optimized and ready for engine.
