Pressure Control Valve

Industrial Pressure Control Valve

I have been working on multiple industrial training simulators recently, and I finally had the chance to wrap up this Pressure Control Valve project.

In simulation work, accuracy isn’t optional it’s everything. It’s not just about creating a good-looking model, but ensuring the topology, proportions, and internal mechanisms reflect how the system actually behaves under pressure.

From diaphragm response to spring interaction, the goal was to make sure the asset doesn’t just look right, but feels right in a real-time training environment.

Special thanks to Raja Shahzeb for modeling support with me.

Modeling with Max and Maya, Texturing was done in Substance Painter and Rendering with Ai

Still pushing the balance between visual fidelity and performance in PBR workflows.
